Booking & Availability

How do I book a yacht?
You can browse our yachts online and send us a message with your preferred date, time, group size, and yacht name. We’ll confirm availability and send you a quick link to reserve.

We're updating our web services so you can check availability and book directly through the website, in the meantime, text us or give us a call!

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A deposit secures your booking; the remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip directly to the captain or crew.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 3–4 weeks in advance for weekends or holidays. Last-minute bookings are welcome but subject to availability.


Pricing & Payments

What’s included in the price?
Licensed captain, fuel, docking fees, tax, water, ice, cooler, basic cups, Bluetooth speaker, and a floating mat are all included.

What’s not included?
Gratuities, catering, alcohol, and optional add-ons like slides or jet skis.

How can I pay?
We accept Zelle, cash, and credit cards (credit cards have a small surcharge).


Cancellations & Refunds

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the trip receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.

What if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If weather makes it unsafe to depart, we’ll reschedule or refund your deposit. 
Safety is declared by the Miami Coast Guard.


Charter Day Logistics

Where do we meet the yacht?
Meeting points vary by yacht. We’ll send you the exact marina address and captain’s contact the day before your trip.

How early should we arrive?
Arrive 25–30 minutes before your departure to park, meet your captain, and board smoothly.

What’s the maximum number of guests allowed?
Most yachts allow up to 13 people (12 guests plus you, the charterer). Larger yachts may allow more.

Food, Drinks & Add-Ons

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, beverages, and decorations at no extra charge.

Do you offer catering or bartenders?
Yes. We can arrange catering, bartenders, and even DJs with advance notice.

How do add-ons work?
Add-ons like slides or jet skis require advance booking and sometimes longer charter hours. Ask us for pricing when reserving.


Safety & Regulations

Are all captains licensed?
Yes. All captains are USCG-licensed and experienced in Miami waters.

Is safety equipment on board?
Every yacht is equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits.

Are there any restrictions?
Coal hookahs, red wine, and hard-to-clean items may not be allowed. Ask us before bringing special items.


Routes & Experiences

Where will we go?
Typical trips include the Miami sandbar, private islands, celebrity homes, Downtown and Brickell views.

Can we customize our itinerary?
Absolutely. Tell us what you’d like to see, and your captain will plan the best route.


Weather & Delays

What happens if it rains?
If it’s light rain, we’ll wait it out; if conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or refund.

Will my charter time change if we depart late?
Your paid time starts once the yacht departs. If you arrive late, that time is lost.


Tips & Etiquette

How much should we tip the crew?
Tips are not included. Standard gratuity is 10-15% of the charter price.

How should we behave on board?
Treat the yacht like your own home. Respect the crew, avoid damage, and have fun responsibly.


Other Questions

Can we swim during the charter?
Yes, in designated safe areas approved by the captain.

Do the yachts have bathrooms?
Yes, all our yachts have at least one bathroom on board.

Are pets allowed?
Some yachts are pet-friendly; ask us before booking.
