Terms & Charter Policies

These Terms & Charter Policies apply to all bookings made through Party Yachts Miami LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By submitting a deposit or payment, the client (“Charterer”) agrees to the following.
Booking Confirmation
A charter is confirmed only after availability is verified in writing and the required deposit is received. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any request prior to confirmation.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve the yacht and time slot. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before boarding unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
By submitting payment, the cardholder authorizes Party Yachts Miami 305 to charge the agreed amount. The cardholder name must match the person making the reservation and may be required to present identification upon request.
Captain & Vessel Authority
All charters require a USCG-licensed captain. Prior to the trip, the client will receive a list of available captains and must confirm one before departure.
The captain has full authority over vessel operation, routing, safety decisions, and onboard conduct. All guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
Included Services
Standard charters typically include the yacht for the reserved duration, licensed captain and crew, standard local fuel, basic onboard amenities, and routine end-of-trip cleaning. Exact inclusions vary by vessel and will be confirmed with your booking.
Gratuity, premium fuel usage, overtime, special requests, and optional add-ons are not included unless stated in writing.
Security / Damage Deposit
Certain yachts require a refundable security deposit. The deposit may be used to cover damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations. Any remaining amount will be returned after the charter according to the vessel’s processing timeline.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. A one-time reschedule may be requested with at least seven (7) days’ notice and is subject to availability and owner approval. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the charter date, late arrivals, missed trips, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
Charters operate rain or shine. Light rain, cloudy weather, or personal preference does not qualify for cancellation.
Rescheduling due to weather is permitted only if the captain determines that marine conditions are unsafe for departure. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule based on availability.
Arrival & Timing
Clients must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Charter time will not be extended for late arrivals. Failure to arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled departure may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Guest Conduct
The captain may terminate the charter without refund if any guest engages in unsafe, illegal, or excessively disruptive behavior. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their party.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in the charter, the Charterer and guests acknowledge the inherent risks of boating activities and agree to follow all crew and safety instructions. Party Yachts Miami LLC shall not be liable for incidents arising from guest negligence or failure to follow instructions.
