Refund Policy

Party Yachts Miami LLC operates under a strict booking policy.

All charter deposits are non-refundable. Your reservation secures a specific yacht, crew, and time slot that is removed from our inventory.

Rescheduling may be permitted with at least fourteen (14) days’ notice and is subject to availability.

Charters operate rain or shine. Rescheduling due to weather is allowed only if the captain or the Coast Guard determines that marine conditions are unsafe for departure.

No-shows, late arrivals, missed trips, or cancellations are non-refundable.
